Order Confirmation
After submitting your order you will receive an email containing an order number, an estimated delivery date, order details, and contact details. Should it be necessary a customer care operator will contact you, for instance if an item you selected were unavailable.
Privacy
When you register or place an order, with Bots-in-Tots you will be asked to submit personal details including name, mailing address, and phone number. With your permission we also collect your email address to keep you up-to-date with offers and promotions, and in confirming an order. We will not share this information with any third party. You will be sent an e-mail following registration, please keep this safe. Should you encounter any difficulties with this, simply call us.
